Conditions
The advertiser’ signature authorises us to display the advertisement on the Website. The Advertiser must supply accounting directory with all the advertising information for the advertisement. The Advertiser warrants that the supplied Information: 1) Does not infringe any applicable law(s), and 2) does not defame any person, organisation or group. The Advertiser indemnifies accounting directory, its distributors and agents, against all liability arising out of the publication of the advertisement. Accounting directory shall not be responsible or liable in respect of any loss or damage to the Copy whilst in possession of the Listing. These terms constitute the entire terms and conditions between the Advertiser and accounting directory and any amendment shall be reduced to writing and signed by the Advertiser to be of any force or effect.
